Ryan Giggs
Why do alot of people think he should be given a Premiership or top Championship Managerial job, he's never managed, when he was assistant at Man U they were shit and he comes across on TV as not being a leader of people.

Thoughts?

Re: Ryan Giggs
Sounds a bit simple and for that reason I reckon today's Premier League players would give him the run around, regardless of his achievements.

Giggs is not shaping up to be ManU's Guardiola so far.

He'll find his level as the next assistant for Wales - just like Roy Keane. I suppose there's a good chance for him to fuck up as Wales coach instead though.

Re: Ryan Giggs
No reason in the world for him getting a top job - was assistant to Moyles and LVG both of whom were sacked and did not impress as caretaker

The reason great players struggle as coaches is that they are mostly dealing with average players and they can't come to terms with their lack of ability.

In the same way super motivated players like Bonds or Keane for example, when managers just can't understand players who lack their commitment

Re: Ryan Giggs
I have no idea what Giggs' IQ is but he does come across as a bit thick on TV and he has no managerial experience whatsoever. He should be starting his trade in League Two - where he'll probably fail miserably and that will be that for his managerial career.

My brother in law has a strange bendy winkle, so strange that he has to sit rather than stand when taking a piss.

He'll probably end up on Bt sport as a football pundit with the other boring pillock Owen Hargreaves.
Which goes to prove you don't need any talking skills to make it on there.
